The only third-party service integrated into GymPlanner is Google Analytics (GA4), which we use for anonymous, aggregated website analytics. Google processes this data according to their own privacy policy. We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. We do not use any advertising tracking pixels or social media tracking scripts beyond Google Analytics.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only for the duration needed to respond to your inquiry and are not used for marketing purposes. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google standard retention periods. Local browser data persists until you clear it manually.

Your Rights

You have the right to request information about what data we hold about you, request deletion of your data, and opt out of analytics tracking. Since we collect minimal data and store fitness information locally on your device, most of your data is already under your direct control.
